FREE home delivery to all Europe. Shipments are managed with stock within the European Union, so there are no additional customs costs. The delivery in Europe is through Dpd or GLS depending on the country, between 3/5 days.

In the USA and Canada, shipping is via DHL Worldwide Express from Europe. It has a fixed cost of 10USD and is very efficient, arriving at its destination in 3 days.

The rest of the world the shipping is via DHL Worldwide Express from Europe and It has a fixed cost of 19EUR, arriving at its destination in 3/5 days.

The shipment is made the next working day after the purchase and from that day it takes 3 -5 days to arrive at the address.

Our watches are manufactured with Japanese Seiko and Miyota Citizen mechanisms.

Our watches use genuine leather straps.

All our watches have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on the Caleuche, Viajero, Valle de la Luna, Horologium, Lastarria and Dual models. In the other models it is 6 months. Covers mechanical defects that the watch may present. This excludes any problems resulting from an accident or misuse of the item.

The Caleuche and Lastarria models have a resistance of 5 ATM. Viajero, Valle de la Luna, Horologium, Valparaíso and Santiago have a resistance of 3 ATM. Short-term bathing, diving from the shore. No immersion.

The rest of the models are not water resistant. You can wash your hands and splash drops on them, but you can’t get them wet.
